Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Breakfast Waiter to join our food and beverage team. As a Breakfast Waiter, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional breakfast dining experience to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our guests receive prompt, efficient, and courteous service while enjoying their breakfast in our elegant dining area.




Responsibilities:

  1. Greet guests warmly and seat them in a timely manner, taking into consideration their preferences and any special requests.

  2. Present menus and provide detailed explanations of breakfast options, including daily specials, dietary restrictions, and allergen information.

  3. Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen promptly, ensuring that all guest preferences and special requests are communicated effectively.

  4. Serve breakfast dishes and beverages promptly and accurately, adhering to our service standards.

  5. Maintain a professional and polished appearance, including proper grooming and attire, while consistently delivering friendly and attentive service to guests.

  6. Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to any additional requests or inquiries.

  7. Clear tables and reset them efficiently to maintain a clean and organized dining area.

  8. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.

  9. Assist with restocking and replenishing breakfast items as needed, ensuring an adequate supply throughout service hours.

  10. Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times, including proper handling and storage of food and beverages.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience as a waiter or waitress, preferably in a fine dining or upscale hotel setting.

  2. Excellent knowledge of breakfast menus, including a variety of dishes, beverages, and dietary options.

  3. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.

  4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate order-taking and timely service.

  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and delivering exceptional customer service.

  6. Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required by the hotel's operational needs.
